Biweekly Hours: 80.00

Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Summary: 

Coordinates the HRIS function by maintaining the integrity and consistency of employee information. Executes tasks that support the programs and initiatives for HRIS at the behest of Human Resources (HR) strategy, as well as tasks related to the accurate execution of various HR modules (Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Transition Management) as assigned. Is seen as the subject matter expert HRIS. Assists with communication and other outreach activities of the department. Develops and maintains HRIS system standards and ad hoc reports as requested. Provides training to HRIS team members as well as HR staff members. Contributes to continuous efforts to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively to provide high-quality and seamless customer service. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

 


Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in addition to the experience stated below. Minimum three years’ experience in an HRIS or IS/IT department supporting HR related systems. Strong computer aptitude with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a basic knowledge of Access, including designing and building spreadsheets. Detail oriented with strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills and an ability to organize and summarize data and make recommendations. Analytical mindset, strong understanding of HRIS technologies, reporting, data, and analytics. Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship building, and influencing skills with colleagues across all levels. Customer focused and continuous improvement mindset. Ability to manage multiple communications, projects, objectives, and deadlines. Ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred: Previous HRIS experience in a healthcare environment. Experience with Infor Global HR or Lawson HRIS system. Expertise knowledge and proficiency with Access/database Physical Demands: May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. May need to sit for extended periods. See in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to see computer monitor and departmental documents.
