Duties may include check in of patients, take vital signs, administer injections, assist clinician with exams, have telephone interactions under supervision of clinician, handle prescription calls, maintain communication between clinician and patient; maintain exam rooms, stock rooms with supplies, set up appointments, arrange for patient testing, obtain authorizations and referrals for patient's insurance, involvement with patient education, maintenance of medical charts, provide backup to other staff as needed and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

LPN with NYS license/registration required. Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast paced, multi-disciplinary environment and CPR certification required.
