The Clinical Information Systems Specialist performs duties related to the assessment, planning, design, implementation, maintenance and documentation of various clinical ancillary applications.  In addition, this role provides end user support and identifies potential opportunities for future system development.    

Job Requirements:

Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experince.Minimum of two (2) years recent clinical/healthcare/IT work experience.  Experience should be within the last five (5) years.

Preferred: Use and/or support of information systems in a healthcare setting. Previous experience GE or Allscripts is highly preferred.

Special Skills/Equipment: Proficient user of MS office.  Working knowledge of ancillary departments in a clinical setting.
