Lead our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the Director of Professional Development at Behavioral Health Network!

The Program Director of the Department of Professional Development (DPD) oversees the identification, development, publishing, and maintenance of BHN training.  The DPD Program Director acts as the spokesperson for training at the agency. The DPD Program Director oversees the Learning Management System (LMS) platform for BHN and ensures reports are available to meet the business and regulatory needs.  The DPD Program Director oversees the trainings for the agency and ensures the facility has the necessary attributes to meet the training needs.

**NOTICE**

Who are we?

Our facilities staff work with hands-on analysis, maintenance and troubleshooting of facility operations within BHN properties and programs. Work includes installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of critical and non-critical mechanical and / or electrical machinery and controls located in the interior and exterior of the building(s).  The position also requires specialized and high level facilities related knowledge and ability to coordinate facility related projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5 years of experience in training and corporate learning models.
  • 5 Years prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Minimum of three years supervisory experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to be a team player.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment, and work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to exercise flexibility to adapt to changes in assignments and work environment.
  • Effective and efficient time management skills
