Bay Haven Charter Academy is looking for an exceptional individual for the position of: Accountant This position will be responsible for assisting the CFO and BFO in preparation of monthly financial statements, prepare bank reconciliations, accounts payable, fixed assets, purchase order data entry, reconciliations of payroll vendor accounts, analyzing actual and budget variances, generate reports, monitor physical inventories, back up to Payroll Manager to complete payroll when needed, assists with workers compensation audits, reconcile insurance billing, back up for the Substitute Teacher system. Requirements: BA/BS in Accounting from an accredited college or university and 2-5 years of related experience in accounting and payroll. Starting salary follows Board approved salary schedule.
