Job Summary:

The Physical Therapy Assistant will be responsible for implementing treatments in accordance with predetermined indicated procedures; providing instruction to patients and families. May participate in teaching of physical therapy assistant students.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant, NYS License or eligible (but must receive license in 1 year) and two years clinical experience required. Candidates who possess an Associates degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant, NYS licensure or eligible (but must receive license in 1 year) and less than 2 years experience will be considered for appointment to an entry level (SL1) position at commensurate salary. CPR certification required by time of appointment.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday rotating holidays and weekends
