Shop Foreman

Looking for a skilled tradesman who wants to be responsible for directing, scheduling, supervising and delegating assignments and operations of the production/carpentry department at a one of a kind, custom exhibit shop in Buffalo.

Successful candidate will need to motivate, multi-task and problem solve, while keeping current on changes in production methods, materials, and other standards. Must be organized in order to oversee department administration items; including equipment maintenance, participating in skill reviews, authorizing purchases, process improvement and approving timecards. 10 years of solid carpentry experience with a working knowledge of design, construction and materials are required to be successful.
