CLINICAL MANAGER Join the MGA team! We have a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, forward thinking Clinical Manager for our fast paced, and multi-office, private OB/GYN practice. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinical staff Works directly in assuring the Triple Aim of Healthcare Moving the practice forward in the changing realm of healthcare Establishing and updating policies, procedures and protocol as it relates to the clinical needs of the practice Skills include, but not limited to: RN (BS/BSN preferred) Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an acute care setting Supervisory/charge nurse experience in women's healthcare and/or medical office setting Proficient PC skills Proficient verbal and written communication skills This is a full-time position, reporting directly to our CEO.
