Completion of an accredited practical nurse program or currently enrolled in a nursing program

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing to practice in the State of Ohio. IV Certification required. CPR certification within 1 month of hire.

1 year of Nursing experience preferred. 

Completes required continuing professional education requirements to maintain registration.
