Competitive starting salaries: (Those with more years of experience will start at a higher salary, based on experience) RN charge nurse – $29.36

• RN staff nurse – $27.81

• LPN – $22.66 $7,500 sign-on bonus Student loan repayment Full time up to $25,000

• Part time up to $12,500 Director of Nursing

Starting wage $35.02/hour. May increase based on experience. $10,000 sign-on bonus $25,000 loan repayment
