Estimator
Sitework and Utility Company is seeking an experienced estimator to review project plans, specifications, proposal requirements, and geotechnical reports. Identify scope of work, interpret project documents and perform accurate quantity takeoff. Select vendors, obtain materials pricing and/or subcontractors. Prepare bid proposals, bid submission documents, and meet deadlines. Negotiate award of contracts. Grow and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractor and vendors. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Above average computer skills required including - Agtek, HCSS products; Heavy Bid, Heavy Job, MS Office products; Word, Outlook, Excel, and Project. Engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience a plus. Located in Mt.
