Senior Director (San Diego, CA) Work with senior leaders to design and execute business plans that are aligned to company goals and that deliver business growth and profitability. Utilize data and insights from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) colleagues to develop and implement a clear client development strategy that drives client retention and a healthy business mix (new, repeat, and penetration business) whilst meeting the short/medium and long term needs of our client base. Plan resource allocation according to headcount budget and targeted contract/permanent market ratios in order to deliver against key business objectives. Report on profit and loss and work on financial planning and budgeting. Recruit within the oil and gas sector. Negotiate contracts, including client terms, master agreements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Manage and develop teams. Interpret data from Management Information Systems (MIS), make commercial decisions to improve performance and profitability, implement business strategies, and apply employment law to business practices.
