Manage team of software engineers or projects with in IS Technology and Services.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Arts, or higher, or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related tech field and 2 years software engineer, industry experience working with: Windows, Linux, C#, PowerShell, HTML, CSS, XML/XSLT, Javascript, JSON, AJAX, Jquery, LINQ, .NET & MVC.

Must also have experience with Visual Studio, SQLServer, Elastic, Redis, Object Oriented Programming, Multi-threaded Programming, Parallel and Distributed Systems, Job scheduling and synchronization and Team Foundation Server (TFS).

Must have full life cycle programming experience.
