Senior community located in Toms River has a job position available for a maintenance worker. Must have knowledge of construction and be able to participate with existing maintenance staff in remodeling clubhouses and other common buildings when necessary. Responsibilities also include general labor of outdoor work of common areas.

Must be able to lift 70lbs or more and starting salary is between $16.00 & $21.00 per hour.
