Residential Instructor

CLASP Homes, a Westport based private non-profit agency is looking for dependable individuals to work in group homes serving people with developmental disabilities in lower Fairfield County.

Responsibilities include teaching activities of daily living, fostering community leisure opportunities and following strategies to promote positive behavioral changes.

Candidates must be 21 years or older, poses a high school diploma, or equivalent, and have a valid driver’s license. Previous hands on-personal care experience is a plus.

You must also be able to obtain a physician’s statement of ability to perform job duties and pass a
drug screening test.

Currently have part-time and full-time positions available, including evening, overnight and weekend hours. Full-time positions offer comprehensive benefits package including health, life, dental and vision coverage,
as well as vacation, sick, holiday and personal time. Starting hourly rate is $14.75.
