Head Men's Soccer Coach, Elgin, IL. Lead, organize, direct & develop successful men's soccer program within NAIA, NCCAA & CCAC guidelines & University policies. Recruit, train, mentor & coach players who fit in Christian culture & mission of Judson University. Administrative responsibilities include manage team budget, organize annual schedule, coordinate travel, attend all appropriate NAIA, NCCAA & CCAC coach meetings, & other responsibilities. Univ-wide responsibilities include serve on committees, participate in chapel, support student recruitment, speaking at athletic & community events & other responsibilities.

Requires: Bachelor in sports management, physical education or related + 3 years successful soccer playing at college, semi-pro, or pro level. Demonstrated personal Christian faith & commitment to Christian mission. Must sign Judson's Mission Statement & Community Standards. Requires ability to handle extensive hours during concentrated periods. Limited domestic & international travel requires to recruit players. Background, reference, drug & criminal checks required.
