IMMEDIATE LOAN OFFICER JOBS
SBA
U.S. Small Business Administration
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is the Federal government's
primary source of money to help businesses of all sizes, private
non-profit organizations, homeowners and renters recover from disasters.
SBA makes Federal low-interest disaster loans to cover losses not fully
compensated by insurance or other sources.
Because of the magnitude of the damage caused by the August Louisiana
severe storms and flooding, SBA will be processing part of this workload at its
facility in Citrus Heights.
SBA immediately needs disaster business
and home loan officers
with backgrounds such as:
Loan Officers - Financial/Credit Analysts - Bankers
Mortgage Underwriters - Accountants
Candidates for positions as business loan officers must have prior
commercial/business lending experience or experience analyzing
business financial statements and tax returns and evaluating credit
reports.
Candidates for positions as home loan officers must have experience
in reviewing income documentation (tax returns, W-2s, pay stubs, etc.)
and experience determining repayment ability and evaluating credit reports.
In addition, candidates with graduate degrees in accounting,
finance, or related business areas of study are also encouraged to
apply.
Positions are temporary and subject to workload requirements.
