Job Description:

• Assists with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toiling, incontinence care and adequate nutritional intake.

• Maintains a clean, safe and healthy environment for client.

• Assist client with shopping, meal preparation, socialization and medication reminders.

• Recognizes reports and documents changes in client condition and safety to supervision.

• Documents observation, activities and crd/services in an accurate, complete and timely manner.
