Due to new business expansion, ProgressiveHealth is seeking a certified Athletic Trainer to join our team on-site at a new motor vehicle manufacturing facility located in Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities include:

• Physical Demand Analysis
• Restrictions Management
• Ergonomic coaching and program support
• Engage with the client to ensure program is meeting expectations and goals
• Duties could expand to include post-offer pre-employment testing, new hire work conditioning and early intervention

Ideal candidate will:

• Possess strong ergonomic and orthopedic skills
• Be energetic, professional and dependable
• Work independently, take initiative, anticipate challenges and problem solve
• Have excellent presentation, interpersonal and computer skills
• Possess strong customer service, communication, conflict resolution and clinical skills
• Effectively manage time, pay attention to detail and accurately complete tasks
• Engage with the workforce

 Education and training required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training
• Alabama Athletic Trainer license or ability to obtain Alabama license
• Ergonomic experience highly desired
• CPR/AED certification

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
