The Fall River Housing Authority (FRHA) is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Superintendent of Maintenance and Grounds.

Minimum qualifications: Considerable knowledge of building construction and maintenance principles, practices and techniques. Cost estimating and cost control are necessary aspects of this position, and candidate should have demonstrated prior experience in a supervisory capacity in building maintenance or construction.

Applicant shall possess a Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of above experience; an Associate’s degree with ten (10) years of above experience or a High School Diploma with at least fifteen (15) years of above experience.

Suggested salary range is $85,481.00 to $98,049.00.
