Full-Time Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN)

Position is responsible for planning, coordinating, providing and documenting care for terminally ill patients from day of admission through day of discharge.  The position offers an excellent benefits package including fully paid medical, dental, short/long term disability, and up to 25 days of paid time off.

RN Requirements:
– Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
– Current RN license from the Oregon State Board of Nursing, with the ability to obtain a RN license from the California Board of Registered Nursing
– Experience as an RN commensurate with ONE of the following: one year acute care experience within the last three years; one year home health care experience within the last three years; one year community health or public health experience within the last three years; one year hospice experience within the last three years; or, have a baccalaureate degree in nursing from a program accredited by the National League of Nursing
– Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to supervise staff and other professionals
– Basic computer knowledge
– Comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practice
– Current BCLS certification
