Position Summary: The Student Success and Retention Director is responsible for assisting first and second-year students in establishing their professional and academic goals by identifying student needs and offering necessary student success services that lead to persistence and on-time graduation. The Director is also responsible for the oversight of the Retention Key Performance Indicator for year one and year two. This position is a key part of providing our traditional undergraduate students a welcoming and supportive environment to give each student the best shot at success at CCSJ.
