Job Description
Fox Cable Network Services, LLC is looking for an individual to work with senior management across various Fox Networks Group businesses to provide financial and strategic support. Specific duties include: 1) Evaluating new business opportunities and strategies for the company, including for its international media divisions in Latin America, Europe and Asia. 2) Performing financial and strategic analyses in support of business plans for new initiatives. 3) Analyzing opportunities with emerging platforms and technologies. 4) Analyzing, developing and executing potential acquisitions, joint ventures and investments in entertainment-related businesses. 5) Supporting various business lines through special projects.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field, plus three (3) years of strategy and corporate development or related experience in strategy consulting, strategic/business planning at a media company or in the investment banking industry.
Experience must include: 1) Working in the entertainment, media or new media sectors; 2) Knowledge of Cable, Broadcast and New Media; 3) Financial analysis, modeling and deal making; and 4) Working with financial/business resources including Factiva, Capital IQ, SNL, Kagan, Thompson One and Bloomberg.
