Job Title: Entry Level Positions

Location: Banks, Oregon

HAMPTON LUMBER MILLS, INC.

Pay Scale: 18.50-22.04

Shifts: Monday-Friday 6am-5pm

We are currently looking to fill multiple openings for Entry Level positions at the Banks Lumber Mill. These positions will consist of sort station positions, infeed and outfeed sorters, clean up, and utility personnel, but not limited to these positions.

Requirements:

• Completion of high school or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior mill experience is highly preferred.
• Dedication to safety is a must.
• Physically capable of performing all assigned tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to learn new skills.
• Be a team player and be willing to help wherever needed.
• Pass drug screen and background check.

Major Duties:

• Be willing to learn different sort stations.
• Be open to training and cross training for different positions.
• Be flexible to move from position to position based on supervisor discretion.
• Maintaining a safe environment and comply with all Safety policies/procedures.
• Apply good housekeeping standards to your area or any area you observe.
• Perform quality control measurements and apply to your work area.
• Cooperation and patience while being trained or training other employees.
