E&T Nurse Manager

Provide overall direction, coordination, evaluation, training, and
clinical supervision for the new 16-bed Evaluation & Treatment
Facility. Carry out supervisory and administrative responsibilities
including planning, organizing
and implementing E&T nursing
services. Develop and maintain E&T policies and procedures in
accordance with applicable laws and contract requirements. Provide clinical supervision, resource coordination, training, and direction, for nursing and other assigned staff regarding clinical practice, quality assurance, and policies and procedures. RN licensed through the WA. State Dept. of Health. Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing strongly preferred. Five (5) years employment experience in behavioral healthcare strongly preferred. Progressive management experience and demonstrated ability to supervise. Excellent benefits package.
