Full-Time Closing Agent

A Fort Walton Beach law firm is seeking to hire an experienced and self-motivated team member who understands real estate closings from start to finish and can coordinate the many participants in the process: buyers, sellers, real estate agents, banks, title companies, attorneys and others. Successful candidate will pass a background screening.

The ideal candidate will have: 5 years+ experience in Florida real estate closings; the ability to operate independently to process and conduct closings; excellent communication and people skills; attention to detail and personal ownership of the process and results; and the ability to handle many projects simultaneously and successfully.
