Leads the planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process. Promotes a positive patient experience and environment that supports family centered care reflective of the patient population. Education:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master in Nursing (MN) from an accredited program required

Demonstrates skills in human relations, human & material resource management  

Evidence of ability to provide exceptional nursing leadership

 

Required Credentials, License, and / or Certifications:

Current RN license in the State of Ohio

BLS

Certification in clinical or leadership specialty within one year

 

Experience & Knowledge:

3-5 years progressive clinical and management experience.  Emergency Services experience preferred.  

Demonstrates the ability to facilitate change, excellent communication and organizational skills

Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients/customers

Able to handle high-pressure situations

 

Special Skills & Equipment Knowledge:

Knowledge of current technology and equipment to meet patient and employee needs
