Job Description | The School of Supply Chain, Logistics, & Maritime Operations at Old Dominion University invites applicants for a full-time Lecturer position beginning in Fall 2024. This is a renewable 10-month appointment. Applicants with interdisciplinary teaching and industry outreach experience are especially encouraged to apply. The School of Supply Chain, Logistics, & Maritime Operations places high value on excellence in teaching and seeks to complement the existing academic strengths in the Interdisciplinary Supply Chain, Data Science, and Cybersecurity Schools. The Lecturer is expected to be able to develop new supply chain, logistics, and maritime courses to support the growth of the School programs and meet industry needs for expert labor. The Lecturer is expected to perform committee service, student mentoring and program advising, and teach a 4/4 teaching load. |
