Associate Ecommerce Merchandiser

We are seeking those with an interest in fashion and merchandising to join our Ecommerce team. - Prior experience in retail, Ecommerce or digital marketing preferred. - Responsible for merchandising and managing products on Gorsuch.com. - Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and social media apps a plus. - Bachelor's degree or related experience. Job Duties:  

The E-commerce Site Merchandiser will report to the E-Commerce Content Manager and will have the following Responsibilities and duties:   

• Merchandising the site which include the landing and category pages.  
• Contact vendors and curate content for product descriptions.  
• Write product descriptions, crop images and upload new products to the site in a timely manner.  
• Develop merchandising strategies and create compelling content site wide (landing pages, broadcast emails, product features, style guides).  
• Manage and update Website Calendar with events, campaigns, promotions & schedules.  
• Assist with preparing for the weekly digital marketing/e-commerce meetings to review strategies and concepts along with new ideas for upcoming promotions and campaigns.  
• Collaborate with the Merchandise Buying and Catalog Production teams to identify industry trends and customer behaviors.  
• Assist with forming our Company's overall digital marketing strategy by planning and developing social content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest that will lead to increase brand awareness, follower engagement, channel and follower growth and website traffic.   

Qualifications & Skills Preferred.:   

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related experience.  
• Familiar with E-commerce platforms such as Shopify preferred.  
• Experience with Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Sprout Social and Facebook Business Manager.  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
• Great attention to detail and follow up.  
• Experience in the Retail field with focus on luxury apparel & sport is a plus.  
• Analytical skills and experience using web analytics and optimization tools.
