Studio Manager (Full-time Year Round)

We are looking for a Studio Manager to oversee our jewelry production studio and staff. Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills are necessary. Applicants should be professional, very detail oriented, well organized and proficient in Microsoft Office. Prior management experience is preferred.

The Golden Bear tradition began in 1975, the year our founder, Lee Kirch, opened her Vail Village boutique. The Golden Bear's exclusive design was quickly adopted as The Symbol of Vail Valley by locals and visitors alike. It has unofficially represented the Vail Valley ever since. 40 years later, The Golden Bear is still going strong as The Symbol of Vail Valley and is now owned and operated by Kristen Busse. Originally from Maryland, Kristen started to learn the long-standing traditions of The Golden Bear from Lee in 2000 and six years later took over the reins. As her legacy of outstanding customer service continues, Lee is still, and will always be, a close friend to everyone at The Golden Bear.
