• Under the direction of the Superintendent, serves as the educational leader and chief administrator of Anderson Valley Junior-Senior High School, Anderson Valley Adult School and Rancheria Continuation School. • Consistent with the educational goals of the District, administers and supervises the total school program, providing educational leadership for students and staff members. • Organizes, directs, supervises, and evaluates site personnel. • Participates in staff, student, and community activities. • Oversees school site operations.

Valid credential authorization services as a California school administrator required. Minimum of two (2) years administrative experience required. Master's Degree desired. Minimum of five (5) (Verifiable) of successful teaching experience at the Jr./Sr. High School level preferred. Experience in working with a diverse student population. Bilingual skills preferred specific to our student population. Knowledge and experience in PBIS, STEM and CTE preferred.
