Project Manager, M & A needed with Masters Degree or Foreign Equivalent in General Management or Business Administration or Finance or Accounting & 1 year experience as Project Manager, M & A or Engagement Manager performing following job duties or Bach's degree or Foreign Equivalent in General Management of Business Admin or Finance or Accounting & 5 years of progressive work experience as Project Manager, M & Amor Engagement Manager performing following job duties: Evaluate economic & feasibility of renewable energy technology - Lithium storage, Solar PV on Groundmounts, Rooftops, Carports, Offshore & Onshore wind. Evaluate investment decisions in new business verticals, projects & technologies on the basis of mkt size, returns, risks & strategic implications & provide recommendations on next steps. Provide recommendations on course of action to benefit investments in the Electric Power Natural Gas industry by analyzing strategies & operational practices. Lead teams of analysts & associates to resolve complex business problems dealing with the strategy & operations of energy sector companies. Perform Financial model review, create & confirm key assumptions including production, costs & return drivers. Draft & present to senior management & board executives recommendation memos & presentations on new market analysis, risks, return analysis, counterparty background & investment regime. Responsible for Project & workstream management to solve business issues.
