Our Geneva Illinois based company has been in business for over 60 years and is looking for an experienced individual to oversee all aspects of the residential construction process for new residential homes as a Residential Construction Manager.   The candidate must have good communication and organizational skills.   Our ideal candidate should have some computer and typing skills to be able to use our scheduling software to update the the construction schedule for each home.   The manager should be familiar with purchase orders for suppliers and subcontractors during the construction process.  The individual must be willing to work with a wide variety of suppliers, vendors and clients.   Candidate oversees that the materials and subcontractors are on schedule and have completed quality work.  Must be able to meet scheduling deadlines and have knowledge of the components from start to finish of the construction of a new residential home and understand the construction process.   Candidate should have general carpentry skills and knowledge of mechanicals.
