A growing real estate company seeking an individual to perform general maintenance repairs in the areas of grounds, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC preventive maintenance and facility operations. Applicant should have previous maintenance experience, be willing to accept occasional overtime & knowledge of general maintenance safety procedures. Must have valid driver’s license and transportation.
