Identify discrepancies in construction documents or potential scope gaps and seek clarification from designers. Create detailed Qualifications/Clarifications and Assumptions lists for proposals. Develop and analyze Value Engineering options & assist with developing Critical Path Schedules. Effective and timely coordination and turnover between Preconstruction and Project Management at project turnover. May have occasional travel to sites in the Charlotte metro area. Min Reqts: BS Construction & Facilities Mgmt, Construction Eng Mgmt, or Civil Eng [will accept foreign degree equivalent] & 1 yr as Engineer using specialized construction and
