Background in education, training or experience must include thorough knowledge of IT service deliverable trends & best practices needed to frame End User Support Services strategy & to identify opportunities to use tech to improve business processes gained through experience, attendance at industry-sponsored events, &/or coursework; experience demonstrating thorough knowledge of End User computing technical trends needed to develop records for End User hardware, software & services; demonstrated business acumen & knowledge of business processes in order to identify opportunities to use technology to improve business processes.
