The Registered Dietitian is delegated the responsibility to provide professional nutritional care to patients at Crouse Hospital.  This position requires interaction with patients and their families to address psychological needs, and identifying cultural differences in planning for patient care. Specifically, the Registered Dietitian completes assessments, and performs as the primary nutrition care provider while utilizing appropriate intervention, education, and counseling.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree required. 1-2 years of Registered Dietitian acute care experience preferred. Current New York State Certified Dietitian- Nutritionist certification, and current registration as Registered Dietitian through the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics required. 

 


Work Type: Part-Time-8hrs/week
Work Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm w/ one weekend per month
