Position Summary/Essential Duties:

• Assists, tracks, and organizes ACGME residency or fellowship related administrative activities through applying fundamental knowledge in conjunction with the Program Director
• May provide administrative support such as calendaring, meeting scheduling, and event planning related to program needs for the Program Director
• Coordinate Medical Student Rotations and Resident as Teacher Functions
• Assist with House Staff Budget

Education.

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience & Knowledge:

• 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant or office experience
• Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor change
• Ability to gather and analyze data

Special Skills & Equipment Knowledge:

• Demonstrated strong organizational, attention to detail and accuracy skill set
• Computer skills, including Word, Excel and Power Point
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
