Job Summary: The ROI Coordinator will oversee the ROI staff to ensure requests are processed in an accurate and timely manner; handle customer complaints; work with Fiscal Services to assure timely release of information for billing; train health information staff in ROI procedures and EPIC; manage employee time usage to avoid backlogs; provide coverage as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree in Health Information Management and 3 years experience in HIM to include 1 year administrative or supervisory experience​ or Bachelors degree in Health Information Management with 1 year of experience in HIM to include 1 year administrative or supervisory experience required. Must have a current RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator) or RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) certification from the American Health Information Management Association, plus excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing and analytical skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred experience with Epic modules, Mychart and ROI.

Work Days: Monday - Friday, possible weekends
