Heartland Girls Ranch is a group home that provides housing, schooling, supportive services, mental health support & equine programming. Wages depend on experience. Full time positions receive a benefits package that includes Holiday pay, PTO, 401K, Cafeteria plan: Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, HSA, FSA, Daycare Reimbursement, Critical Illness and Group Accident.
