The Opportunity:

As the Content Marketing Manager on our 401(k) Solutions team, you will develop lead nurturing strategy, content and creative for offline and digital marketing campaigns. You will manage campaign messaging and offers, ensuring that they support other B2B sales and marketing efforts across the department. You will report to the Vice President of 401k Marketing while working with other Marketing and Sales Leadership to understand and support our value proposition, important touch points in the marketing and sales funnel and the competitive landscape to guide successful campaign creative direction. Day-to-Day:

• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to support the lead nurturing strategy through content creation and ensure Sales is aware of marketing tools to nurture leads in the funnel
• Project manage offline and digital campaign messaging and offers, ensuring that they support other sales and marketing efforts across the organization and are designed to be search engine optimized
• Develop ongoing creative testing and optimization plans, ensuring that new performance gains and insights from successful tests can be rolled out to all campaigns
• Manage partner creative agencies including the development of campaign strategy, messaging and graphic design
• Oversee demand generation results ensuring monthly delivery of required qualified leads and improved prospect engagement
• Ensure sales and marketing team are aligned on live and planned campaigns to improve lead conversion
• Identify gaps and champion the development of new tools to support the sales process

Your Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience B2B marketing experience; Bachelor's degree required
• Experience developing and testing campaign creative and managing lead nurturing digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, webinars, sales enablement, paid search, SEO, Facebook Ads or LinkedIn campaigns) for elongated sales cycles
• Experience working with marketing technology such as email automation
• Experience working directly with sales teams  to develop supporting sales tools to support advancing leads in the funnel
• Experience using web analytics tools to improve campaigns based on performance
• U.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire
