This position will be responsible for placing PIVs and Central Line care and education for the pediatric patient populations.

Position Requirements: 

One (1) year RN experience required. New Grad RNs will not be considered for this position
  • Experience with placing PICCs and IVs is strongly preferred
  • Prefer nurses with experience from an ED or PICU setting
Thorough knowledge of nursing process and practice.
Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies (ie. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices.
 

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Minimum of Diploma/Associate’s Degree in nursing from accredited program.

License Requirements:

Registered nurse with current license to practice in the state of Ohio.

CPR certified in 90 days

Schedule:

  • 3 12hr shifts per week
  • Coverage of 2 holidays per year
  • 1 full weekend requirement every 6six weeks - Saturday and Sunday 9am - 9pm

 

  • Start Times During Summer Months 
    • 7AM, 9AM, 11AM  
  • Start Times During Winter Months/Respiratory Season
    • 7AM, 9AM, 12PM
