Position:

Building Inspector/Plan Reviewer Department: Code Enforcement Borough of Lansdale is accepting applications for a full-time Building Inspector/Plan Reviewer in its Code Enforcement Department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: conducting inspections and plan review for compliance with zoning ordinances and building codes, responding to resident complaints and inquiries, resolving problems relative to compliance with Borough ordinances and enforcing related codes. Demonstrated knowledge of IRC, IBC, and UCC codes, PA Borough Code, valid PA driver’s license, IRC certification, and strong customer service skills, high school diploma or equivalent are required; Associate’s degree a plus. Construction background and IBC certification are preferred.
