POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, this role will be integral in the system wide execution of the annual budget and strategic planning process. The position will interact with functional department leads across the system to facilitate timely budget and strategic financial planning, as well as monthly reporting of process improvement initiatives.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required. Minimum of one to three years healthcare or financial analysis experience preferred.
Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Strong personal computer skills required, including advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, vlookups, etc). Ability to work with all levels of staff and across multiple departments. Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
