We are a well-known and well-maintained 72-unit apartment complex located in Tarboro NC. We are looking for a hands-on, energetic, full-time worker that is skilled at providing friendly, prompt, and top-notch repairs when needed, and can get vacant apartments ready for that next new resident. The right candidate will handle basic resident work orders, perform preventive maintenance on a schedule, and make sure the property is clean and trash-free every day. $12.00 per hour / 40 hours per week. Punctuality and reliability are a must! Also must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a credit and criminal background check.
