Mid Maryland Internal Medicine RN (Part-time)
Unique concierge medical practice in Frederick, Maryland is seeking an experienced RN to join its team in this part-time role. Our practice size is limited, allowing for more meaningful relationships with our patients. We rely on our nurses to be a critical point of contact with our patients. We are looking for someone who thrives on being involved in personalized, ongoing care of patients, paying strong attention to detail and becoming a trusted member of a patient’s care team. The ideal candidate:
· has a minimum of two years of experience as an RN in an office-space setting with adults.
· is proficient in phlebotomy.
· has experience with an EMR system.
· would enjoy a part-time opportunity with availability and flexibility for additional hours, covering for other staff, sometimes on short notice.
· enjoys multi-tasking, including triaging incoming telephone calls as needed, preparing exam and treatment room, educating patients, assisting provider in preparing for examinations and minor procedures while documenting medical records.
· prefers working in a customer service-oriented environment where patients come first.
· is an organized self-starter with solid time-management skills.
· pays outstanding attention to detail, takes pride in being resourceful and problem-solving,
· has polished verbal and digital communication skills for building relationships with patients, other medical practices and colleagues.

Part time (20 - 24 hours a week) with opportunity for additional hours to cover for days off and vacations.

Qualifications/Certifications:
· Two years experience in an in-office setting with adults, including phlebotomy.
· Current license as an RN
· Current CPR certification
