The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for fostering and maintaining client relationships, coaching for performance improvement, advising and negotiating in conflict situations, and assisting the Senior Manager in organizational effectiveness efforts. This role will deliver HR solutions in a number of key areas, such as employee and labor relations; performance management; organizational development; diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); and training and development. The ideal candidate will have experience in establishing strong, collaborative relationships with Union counterparts and serving as a subject matter expert on interpretation, administration of collective bargaining agreements, generates comprehensive reports.
As a member of a cross-functional team within the Client Services Service POD, reporting to the Senior Manager of Client Services, this role will partner with other members of the HR team, and work collaboratively with all levels of management to administer HR policies, practices and procedures, and HR transactions as appropriate.
