DC Solar is a clean energy company that specializes in mobile solar products. We are looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Technician who wants to become part of our innovative, team-oriented and rapidly growing company located in Benicia, CA.

Job Description:

The Property Maintenance Technician will perform basic to advanced duties relating to the repair and upkeep of commercial properties, residential homes and apartment buildings.  

Job Requirements: 

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Repair, replace, and install power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights/fans, and garage door openers.
• Basic plumbing, including clearing clogged sinks and toilets.
• Drywall repair.
• Diagnose and repair faulty appliances.
• Coordinate with contractors for additional repairs or renovations.
• Ensure properties are prepared for move-in.
• Be available for on-call 24-hour emergency maintenance.
• Own tools and ability to drive to locations throughout the East Bay.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience maintaining multiple properties.
• Minimum Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
