Registered Nurse- Seidman Outpatient Oncology Infusion Float Pool $60/hr. - Full-time Sign-on Bonus
This full time position will rotate throughout the following Seidman ambulatory locations: CMC, Geauga, Minoff, Parma, St John, Avon, Mentor, Portage and Sharon Center. Once fully trained, this role will receive a premium pay of $60/hr. due to the obligations of consistent rotation between primary role of infusion RN as well as oncology RN partner or radiation RN partner. Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status. Implements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship based nursing care. Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes. Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations. Develops self and contributes to the professional practice of nursing. Displays leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes.

A.D.N., diploma in nursing or BSN
Registered Nurse with current license to practice in the State of Ohio
1+ years of RN experience, highly prefer chemo/ oncology experience
Hours: M-F day shift 5 (8)s, 4 (9)s or alternating 5 (8)s & 4 (8)s Work hours may vary based on site schedules.
Self-scheduling is utilized in this area however may be subject to change in order to balance the schedule throughout the week. Scheduling locations will be determined on a week to week basis and can be subject to change based on unplanned site needs.
$8,000 sign on bonus for 1+ years of external RN experience: $4k after 90 days of employment, $4k 365 days of employment
