• demonstrate the ability to balance the identification and development of new client relationships with the nurturing of existing business
• develop a deep knowledge of product line to influence and educate decision makers
• be physically active in the field and build long-lasting buyer relationships that include in person client development (some travel required)
• possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• have strong computer skills that include experience working with client management software
• have an interest and / or knowledge of the real estate industry
